2024 SOLO & ENSEMBLE CONTEST
The OMEA District 14 Middle School Solo & Ensemble Contest will take place on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at Lakeridge Middle School. If you are interested in performing at this year's Solo & Ensemble Contest, the time to get started on it is now! All students in private lessons are strongly encouraged to participate in Solo & Ensemble Contest. Let your private instructor know when the contest date is, and they will help you select and prepare a piece for performance. If you are interested in performing at Solo & Ensemble Contest but are not currently taking private lessons, please see Mr. VanDyke for a list of recommended private instructors for your instrument. Congratulations to Fowler trumpeter James Archibald, who has been selected to perform in the 2024 OMEA All-State Middle School Honor Band in January!
WINTER BAND CONCERT

FALL CONFERENCES
Mr. VanDyke will not be available for conferences on Wednesday evening, October 25, 2023. He will be available for arena style drop-in conferences on Thursday, October 26, or for conferences by appointment from 9:30-11:30 AM on Friday, October 27, or from 3:30-4:30 PM on Monday, October 30.
